Ralph and Eugenia Stephens FACT Scholarship Fund

The FACT Board has approved the establishment of a scholarship fund for children’s theatrical production programs as well as the class for cognitively challenged adults. A generous donation from Ralph Stephens provided the initial funding for this worthwhile scholarship.
